Mike Clark is a leader in the synthetic turf and custom putting green industry with a career that began in 1998. Starting in his early twenties on the installation crew, Mike learned the business from the ground up — every shovel, every base layer, every detail that separates good work from great work.

Over the years, Mike built and led one of Southern California’s most respected turf installation companies, completing more than 5,000 residential, commercial, and golf projects. His work has served PGA Tour professionals, elite athletes, high-profile entertainers, luxury homeowners, resorts, schools, and universities across the country. His reputation has always been rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

After selling his original company in 2020 and honoring a five-year non-compete, Mike returned to the industry with the same trusted team, same standards, and same passion — founding California Turf Company. Built on precision, transparency, and a premium client experience, CTC represents the next chapter of his life’s work.

Dustin Mann is a seasoned turf industry professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning installation, sales, design, and business ownership. He began his career in his early twenties, working hands-on in the field, learning the trade from the ground up before transitioning into sales, design, and leadership roles. That foundation in installation continues to shape his approach and commitment to quality.

Dustin went on to own and operate a successful turf company in Colorado, where he built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction before ultimately selling the business. Seeking new opportunities and warmer weather, he relocated to Southern California and joined Mike Clark at California Turf Company. Known for his low-pressure, education-focused approach, Dustin takes pride in helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions. His combination of field experience, ownership perspective, and customer-first mindset makes him a trusted advisor and a key member of the California Turf Company team.
